Product Description 
• The Light Stand Head can be directly inserted into a light pole/ rod (with column diameter no more than 16mm) and fastened by knob, easy to use. It comes with 1/4"-20 thread screw on the other end through which you can mount additional accessory. 
• This shoe adapter allows devices with standard 1/4" mounting holes to be installed on the hot shoe slot of a flashlight. You can mount microphone, GPS or some other camera accessories onto your digital camera. It can also be used as a monitor support bracket.
